Goals
Locate objects in relation to each other. - Find your way around, move around in your environment. - Use the ruler. - Recognize, name and reproduce plane figures. - Recognize and describe solids.
Operation
Each lesson is based on different work phases allowing the acquisition of the concept.
"Let's discover" phase: introduces the concept to the students. If the concept has already been seen, a reminder is offered in a "Remember" phase.
“Observe” phase: The research situation is presented. A sentence or a question triggers student thinking. The corresponding research sheet is available in a printable version. It allows simultaneous work on paper.
“Research” phase: The pupils are put in an active research situation through various interactive activities. The various activities are corrected in order to allow independent work.
Phase “Let's take stock! »: The concept highlighted in the research phase is explained.
Phase “I remember! ": The essence of the concept is presented to the students.
This is the bottom line. The summary is printable in order to keep a written record of the lesson.
Phase "Your turn!" ": 3 interactive training exercises are offered for each lesson.
The 39 exercises and their answer key can also be printed.
The assessments validate the knowledge acquired during the lessons. The assessments and their answers can be projected or printed.
The drawing module allows you to manipulate geometric figures and use the drawing tools: ruler, square. The background of the working screen can be modified: white, grid, dotted.
The manipulation module allows you to visualize the different solids in 3D.
