Quality Commitment courses are courses that are delivered with time allocation of 4 sessions (12 hours of study), with interactive methods. The subject matter of the quality commitment training courses are: (1) Effectiveness, Efficiency, Innovation and Quality in the administration of government and public services; (2) Application of Innovation and Quality Commitment; and (3) Quality Commitment case studies.
Submission of this Quality Commitment training material uses a heutagogic learning approach, in classical and non-classical forms consisting of interactive presentations through interactive lecture methods, brainstorming, question and answer, discussion and practice. Participants are advised to read all available material, answer questions and make exercises in the eye training module.
