PNS Competency Development, hereinafter referred to as Competency Development, is an effort to fulfill the needs of PNS competencies with Job Competency standards and career development plans. Technical competence is knowledge, skills, and attitudes / behaviors that can be observed, measured, and developed specifically related to the technical field of the Position. Managerial competence is knowledge, skills and attitudes / behaviors that can be observed, measured, developed to lead and / or manage organizational units. Socio-cultural competence is knowledge, skills, and attitudes / behaviors that can be observed, measured, and developed related to the experience of interacting with a plural society in terms of religion, ethnicity and culture, behavior, national outlook, ethics, values, morals, emotions and principle, which must be fulfilled by every position holder to obtain work results in accordance with the roles, functions and positions. Job Competency Standards are descriptions of the knowledge, skills and behaviors required by a civil servant in carrying out their duties.
