Shelter Quality

Shelter Quality is a tool for the evaluation of animal welfare in long-term shelters, inspired by the welfare assessment system Welfare Quality®, which mainly uses animal-based indicators. Assign a wellness score to shelter shelters, based on the level of well-being of the hosted animals, and compare it with the ideal shelter. Identify the risk factors for the welfare of dogs by correlating the structural and management characteristics of the kennels with the real state of individual well-being.

The app, available in both Italian and English, is a tool to support the inclusion of shelter assessments, with the possibility of operating even offline.
