Determines the anticipation, in nautical miles, to fly-by a way-point or VOR/DME station given the inbound course, the outbound course, the bank angle, the roll-in and roll-out rates, the ground speed and the height above the VOR/DME station. Two anticipations are provided: the first is based on the horizontal distance to the station or waypoint. The second anticipation is based on the slant range (DME) to the VOR/DME station.
