The Mesoamerican School of Leadership is a school of thought; a space for dialogue, discernment and construction of knowledge of the generational change of community forestry organizations and indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica. Their challenge is the formation of young women and men as leaders with human value who work for the good of their communities.
The school's methodology is based on inquiry and reflection.
The training process with young people has 4 phases:
1. Creation of identity and high group empathy.
2. From "I" to "us" / Personal and collective identity
3. Community for learning and inquiry.
4. Putting the identified ventures into practice.
In a context in which digital media are increasingly being used, it is sought to provide the option to young people from the Mesoamerican region who are part of the EML to reinforce the themes and continue reflection outside the classroom, through this application.
We invite you to continue reflecting and learning!
