Before your visit:
- Get all the information about our attractions and shows;
- Create your profile to find your favorites, your attractions already made and your reservations on the Parc Astérix mobile application;
- Bookmark your favorite attractions on the website and you will easily find them on the application during your visit;
- Book your entrance tickets from the application.
The day of your visit:
- Discover the new map of the Park and move around more easily thanks to a geolocation system;
- Quickly access all the information on attractions, shows and services close to you, thanks to the descriptive sheets attached to the plan numbers;
- Consult the waiting times of your favorite attractions and the schedules of the next shows to optimize your visit;
- Filter our attractions according to the type of sensations, the size required or the waiting time;
- Online catering service will allow you to more easily book your meal and receive your order at the dedicated priority cash desks (Fastes de Rome, Caius, La Halte des Chevaliers, Relais Gaulois, Restaurant du Lac , the Taverne de Dionysos, la Guinguette).

App is full of bugs and not English friendly
Bugs: If you have a U.S. iPhone with English as first language and French as second the app will fail to launch. It will also spin for a minute draining your battery and getting your phone very hot. FIX: make français your phone first language, launch the app register. The. You can flip your language and the app will launch properly. English: the app often changes the language back to French. In account -> language it will show English. FIX: select français, save. Select English, save. Your app will be back in English for a while until it decides to not be anymore. Some of the UX on filotomatix will show the placeholder (code) for the 2 dropdowns. (By time or alphabetical). That version 5.0 was never tested in a different language than français. The developers have no pride for their work but maybe it’s just outsourced. Filotomatix : the app password is not the password to use there. You need to enter a password then “enregistrer “ to create yet another account. Fillotomatix: “partager” (share) for a group is not in the app at all. It’s in the faq but that’s it. So you have to stay with the person with the phone and the filotomatix orders. Also you need to go near the attraction and select go now. No real “pick a time in the future”. That’s unfortunate. Map: the gps does not locate you (shows us in the hotel room while we are in the park). Unsure why, same result on many phones. Google api when signing in. The app is not following the latest secure login from Google O at times Google will fail to log you in and ask you to tell the developers to get on with their security rules and update their app. Enough said.

Good app
App now has English! It was useful to navigate the park. The wait times were not accurate but gave you an idea on what would be longer vs shorter. The food ordering app did not work even though purchasing a meal ticket beforehand.
