This is the app that’s made the biggest difference in my life in Thailand. We’ve been to Thailand ln the past, but things have changed. Technology has moved this country forward in an impressive manner. And we are finding ourselves spending time where the locals do. The one thing that upset me was that I couldn’t “scan to pay” because I didn’t have a Thai phone number linked to a Thai bank. So mobile payment apps like PayPrompt, Rabbit LINE Pay, True Money, Grab Pay, etc., wouldn’t work for me. UNITL I found Deep Pocket (thanks to chatGPT for helping me). NOW, I can QR pay like a local too. At first, the app is a little clunky. It took numerous attempts to create an account (use email, then add your Thai phone number if you have one) and set up a “top up” payment method. But once you get it to work, you’re unstoppable! And recharging is super easy! It’s also comforting to know that the app is backed by the Bank of Thailand. 10 out of 10 — highly recommend! Now you too can pay like a local.

They lost your money and no one will help you. Don’t use it

I made money transfer by QR and they lost my money. The app says the transfer is completed and receiver has not received it. Support said that there is a problem and they are working on it. I have already been waiting for 7 days and they said that I need to wait 14 days more. The support is just useless and service behave as a scum. Don’t recommend using them.

This is scam app and Appel agree with impunity !!!!!

This is one of the most horrific and illegal apps out there, where all your legal rights will be violated. Apple and the Apple Store will do nothing to prevent illegal activity within their app approval and monitoring systems. What's most outrageous to me isn't the fact that you can register a scam app, but that Apple simply turns a blind eye to violations of the law and loopholes in the legislation of certain countries. For me, these illegal actions mean that Apple either turns a blind eye to the fundamental rights violations of all countries around the world or directly profits from this law. I personally know more than 100 people who were brazenly and illegally deceived by this company through the Apple app store.

Might actually be the worst app ever

They randomly lock your account. If you get a new device or need to switch devices, it’s impossible. They only help if you use Facebook messenger and they keep adding fees and fees and more fees. if you complain to them, they only lock your account and tell you to get a bank account ( hence if you could get a bank account you wouldn’t even use this app )
