Constantly fails to connect to the myDX server causing the app to be highly unreliable as you can’t run tests or view your previous results without doing so

Locks up
I have been using the MyDx One for three years. Not super accurate but helps. Biggest problem is locks up and the only thing you can do is close the app up and re-open it. Frustrating, happens too often. 22/3/24 Problems continue with this App. Test the same sample three times. Reading. Varies from 15% to 24% cannot trust accuracy at all. Using a new chip to do the tests.
