VoiceStream is a Live audio streaming client available for online audio broadcasting of any type.
If you are streaming live events or maintaining an online radio station then you can now enjoy the benefits of broadcasting live audio to all your listeners from your mobile device.
VoiceStream supports icecast and shout cast server type.
All you have to do is enter your Stream Monster account username and password and the app client will show you all your available accounts for you to stream to.
Zero configuration allows you to start broadcasting in seconds.
All your configuration are automatically loaded within the app so there is no need to configure hostname, port , bitrate , password etc.

It’s dose not do what you read in the description and beside your cost on your station you need to paid for streaming.
