Poor consumer experience
Poor consumer experience. A product was listed on Muswag / Iraq without any notice of unavailability, and payment was charged to my card normally. I was later contacted by the company via WhatsApp and informed that the item was not available and that the order would be canceled, which was then marked as Canceled in the app after payment had already been taken. I was informed that the refund to my card would take two weeks, with no option other than waiting. If I wished to place a new order, I was required to make a new card payment, or accept store vouchers instead of a cash refund, which I clearly declined, requesting a refund to my card only. This practice does not align with standard e-commerce responsibilities or consumer protection practices, where refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. I am sharing this experience for transparency and will update this review based on the refund outcome. Update: The refund was completed within one week ( 25/01/2026), which was faster than the two weeks originally stated, and I truly appreciate that, so I am adding two extra stars. However, the main issue remains that the app lists items without proper stock verification or coordination with merchants, allowing customers to place and pay for orders for items that are not actually available. I appreciate the support provided and hope the app improves this process, as resolving this issue would help restore customer confidence and encourage users to continue using the app.
