No communication
I placed an order through the app, and after the pizza didn't show up at the stated time I called Sibies directly. They indicated that while they had the order on file they weren't alerted that it had come in. They said the app was not working properly with the store. I do not recommend this app until the store and the app can communicate with each other so that your pizza order isn't sitting in a black hole.
