Mobile app sucks
The mobile app sucks in every aspect possible. Constantly logs you out and especially if you use Face ID. Not only this but the “support” team for LifeStore are a joke they are very rude and don’t take you seriously. The mobile app is shoddy and honestly this is probably the worst bank I’ve ever used I’ll be going back to chase or Bank of America.
