This new update is horrible. It has made me late clocking in as the verification codes don’t come in for 10 minutes.

Unresponsive to calls/email
I love this App because I could save the draft and finally complete my note. But was dismayed when I encountered some mishaps like missing notes which we couldn't find elsewhere. That despite calling and sending an email, got no response at all. Also, while rewriting a note, it would just disappear before clicking the 'submit'. It was a complete waste if time going back and forth. I wish they could improve more doing the troubleshooting or finding the remedies on the cons of this app.
