Worst customer service in all gaming. If you have an issue it can take weeks to get a response and its usually - send a screenshot. Most of the time too late to do any good. I have spent thousands on this game. I want a refund

Thieves
Do not play this game. The Chinese company responsible for this game allow theft to occur and refuse to respond to complaints. Many accounts become stolen due to hacks and game bugs the developers and the company refuses to fix or address. They say they cannot fix the problems or they flat out refuse to help. Spend your money or time elsewhere. A formal complaint has been sent to the US state department to look into this company.
