Sorry I purchased for my iPad. Can’t get past Grandmom’s home. Works on my desk top. Any way to get a refund?

Game doesn’t work on IPad beyond scene 3
I love the Casual Arts games, and I have purchased all of them that I can find. I can play this game fine on my Kindle Fire, but not on my IPad. The map scrolling stops, and won’t let you pass scene #3. If you will please fix this, I will gladly change my review and purchase the game.
