TKD Tas

TKD Tas (Tae Kwon Do Tasmania) works with the ancient Korean martial art to incorporate techniques for self defence, along with improving health and fitness. We provide a range of programs in our gym for adults and children of all skill levels. Our childrens program is designed to help with developing coordination, confidence, self control, concentration, fitness and balance, and provides a lot of fun.
