About OBLO Living
OBLO Living provides world-class solutions for home automation (HA). We combine our end-to-end software solution for HA with in-house developed HA devices to cover lighting, security, safety, energy management and other aspects of the fast-growing home automation markets.
In combination with OBLO DOC400 HA gateway device our client application for iOS handheld devices allows the end user to:
• Control and monitor its ZigBee, Z-Wave and IP-based HA nodes
• Manage its account
• Manage the list of associated gateways and their configurations
When used outside local network the application connects to OBLO cloud service and provides the same user experience for home control and monitoring.

My AC doesn’t work properly
I connected everything well step by step and can control majority of the things. However, when it comes to AC, it gives me the error message and I can’t turn it off: “Your gateway is busy with another operation. Please wait a minute before you can give a new command. This "busy block" ensures your commands are executed properly.”
