No response from support team
I have been trying to get in contact with Yescapa to move my reservation for months now. Both myself (the renter) and the owner have sent them multiple emails and we haven’t heard anything back. The number they have to call is completely in French and only allows me to speak to an automated voice. I am very disappointed in Yescapa because I did exactly what the website says to do for this situation and have heard nothing from them. My trip is in a few weeks.

Overall good experience
Overall, I had a good experience, but I did have to wait two days to receive a response from an email and one email I sent, I never actually received a response. Other than that everything went well!
