Timing changes

I used this app last year when doing PT and loved it! This year, I had to update it before using it again and I can’t figure out how to get the pauses between reps. They just keep running in a circle. That was one of the things I loved about the app was I would hit play, it would time the holds and reps and I could focus on doing them correctly. Now all I can do is watch the videos and do the counting and timing on my own. Am I missing something?

I enjoyed the exercises and it helped immensely with a nerve injury I suffered but now my program is done, arm back to normal but I am still being charged! i have cancelled several times
