About Airborne Flight Reporting Sys.
Air and ground crews can use the AFRS mobile app to determine unauthorized movement, approximate hours of service, flight performance, airport departures and arrivals, ground speed, and other performance parameters. Post-flight data review serves as a training aide to evaluate terminal airspace operations such as pattern turns and wind correction angles.
Airborne FRS™ is designed by Kaydon Stanzione, a former flight test pilot and engineer, who has been lucky enough to fly a wide range of aircraft that include hang gliders, ultralights, LTAs and MEL military fixed and rotary wing flying machines. He has authored over 100 papers and books on aviation and aerospace design including Aerospace Engineering for Encyclopaedia Britannica. Besides the aerospace industry, his inventions are in global use for military, transportation, health care, and energy applications.
Battery use disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This app is a must for any air traveler. It shows you exactly what your airplane or helicopter are doing, where they are going, and how long it will take! Plus, you can enter alerts and notifications to let people you want to meet know your status. And there is an Emergency Alert if you are in trouble at the airport, parking lot, and even anywhere you are on the ground!
