Amazing resource
This app is everything I’ve always wanted and needed! I’m always so worried I’ll hurt myself or look really stupid that I wouldn’t go to the gym or if I did go, I would skip parts of a routine that I wasn’t already comfortable with (pretty much anything with weights) so I’m really grateful for this app. It keeps the explanations real simple and I’m able to understand what I need and keep it moving. However, is there a way to remove ads!?? I am more than happy to pay to support this developer, not by having my focus disrupted by watching ads though :(

Ads ads ads
Ads everywhere. Every few scrolls, straight into an ad. Want to watch a video how to do the exercise… nope, watch an ad. Watching a video? Ok, but a few seconds in, guess what, ad. No option to do away with ads. I’m shocked I didn’t get an ad just typing the review. This is terrible when you’re in the gym trying to learn an exercise through this guide. I’m not sure how to do the Arnold curls but I sure can tell you how many times the ad for the same game came on. Don’t bother downloading unless you want to see constant ads.
