It’s a great app, if consistently works!
Periodically locks me out without being able to login back in for days. While using in background, will always automatically log me out after several mins of non use, then I have to go through a serious of “cancel” buttons to clear out just to then manually log back in. This is not once a day, it’s consistently throughout the day, pretty much every time you open, use, close phone, then need to re-open. TO, If this is for field surveillance, we’re spending more time than we should just trying to login and stay logged in the app and simply unable to consistently use all features of TrackOps. Mobile app could be a great an easy tool for us; however, is becoming more of a hassle/distraction while on-site.
