Driver relations
Sally need to improve there relationship with drivers used to give extensions but then stopped my question is why ? If you go past your due date they charge you $50 dollars and deactivate your vehicle then once you pay your balance they charge another $25 dollars to reactivate your vehicle so in other words you profit by $75 dollars for an extension. So why refuse to give drivers an extension? Drive Sally need to improve in customer relations. Vehicle maintenance they are definitely on the ball

The all mighty dollar is more important than humanity to this company.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Drive Sally for almost two years. I’ve consistently paid my rental fees (they are more expensive than other rental companies)—even through tough times—and have always worked to stay current. Recently, I tested positive for COVID and was also suffering from a severe migraine that left me unable to see clearly or drive. I reached out to ask if they could simply roll one week’s rental fee into my existing payment plan and allow me to pay it off at $100/week. Instead of understanding or flexibility, I was met with cold, scripted responses and immediate vehicle deactivation. I explained that losing the car would also mean losing my housing, yet they refused to grant any extension—even though they had done so for me in the past, proving they can be flexible when they want to be. The only person at Drive Sally who has ever shown an ounce of humanity is Obie from the San Francisco office. Everyone else treated me like a number, not a person. I expected more from a company that claims to care about its drivers. If you value compassion and real customer service, this may not be the company for you. FYI…..Avis is cheaper.
