This app is designed for professionals who use FamileoPro in care settings, and who already have access to the platform.
The FamileoPro app allows you to easily send messages to your residents’ families’ Famileo accounts as well as consult information about the residents or your care setting. As is the case with our web interface, several roles are available on the app (administrator, regular user, contributor).
Famileo already has:
Over 3,000 care settings
1.5 million users
220,000 families
Features in detail
DASHBOARD
Depending on the user’s defined role, you will have access to different category headings on your home screen. If you use Famileo in multiple care settings with the same user ID, you will be able to easily switch from one care setting to another.
COMMUNICATION
You can post two types of messages:
1. Message to all: this feature enables you to easily share general news with all the families. These messages are published on the community wall of each registered family. To use this feature, click on “Message to all”, add a photo that has just been taken, or one from your photo gallery, or make a photo collage in the app. Add a lovely text and you're good to go!
If you have an administrator role and you are connected to the internet, your message will automatically be sent to the Community Wall that is visible for all families.
If you have a regular user or contributor role and you are connected to the internet, your message will be pending and needs to be validated by an administrator first before it is being sent to the families.
If you aren’t connected to the internet, your message will be saved in the app. You will have to connect to a Wifi network for the message to be sent.
2. Personal message: this feature enables you to send information to one family in particular. Unlike Messages to all, the Personal messages are only sent to one family of one resident and are published on the wall of the family in question.
Click on Personal message, choose the family you wish to contact, send a text, add a photo or a photo collage and then publish your message.
Validation works the same way as messages sent to all: if you are not an administrator, your message needs to be approved.
MESSAGES PENDING
Awaiting connection: if you are not connected to the internet, you can check what messages are pending.
Pending review: if you have an administrator role, you can moderate the messages posted by other users: you can modify them, approve them or decide not to publish them.
COMMUNITY WALL AND RESIDENT WALL
You can consult all past messages posted on the community wall or for one family in particular. If you are an administrator, you will be able to modify or remove them.
RESIDENTS LIST AND PROFILES
You can consult the list of your active or deactivated residents and each resident profile. You will also be able to access family codes so you can easily communicate them to the family concerned. You will not be able to change residents profiles in the app for the time being.
COMMUNITY PROFILE
If you are an administrator, you can consult the care settings information displayed for families. Modification is not available for the time being.
