Great App!
I love Standout and this is one of the tools I use everyday. While there is room for improvement, my immediate ask is to support landscape mode for tablet users. Could you please add support for landscape mode?

One missing piece
I LOVE this app and platform. It has such a robust amount of information to learn about the people you work with! The one missing thing, in my opinion, is being able to select a colleague to compare standout roles. Not just learning about how they work, but an analysis or breakdown of the ways that I work compared to how they work. How we work well together, the typical ways the two profiles might get stuck or have issues, and how we can best help one another. If this were added to the platform, we’d all be learning about ourselves and have actionable ways to show up for our colleagues to improve interactions and therefore output.
