This is where my money goes?

Honestly, the single worst app for any job I’ve ever worked. Literally nothing works. From login, to credentials, to any other assorted information. Everyone hates it, nothing gets fixed. Get it together Alex. You can kick people out for not updating their books but you can make a semi-working app for your members to be able to access their information that is REQUIRED on most jobsites? This has to be a joke and IT is laughing all the way to the bank.

Can’t Login

I can login just fine on the website, but to access my health insurance cards I “have” to use the app. I absolutely cannot login to the app. I keep getting errors. Haven’t been able to receive my insurance cards in the mail for whatever reason, and this is the ultimatum for “solving” the issue. What’s the point of having insurance if I can’t even access my card information, and everybody I’ve called and have been in contact with cannot help me.
