Issues with logging in
The appt doesn’t allow me to log in. I use my Gmail and I keep getting error with my password. I’ve reset my password and triple checked. Not a great experience so far :/

Rude customer service
The app is ok, not that amazing. I paid for a year subscription and forgot it was on auto renewal. Then they charged for the next year and I emailed them right away explaining that I’m not using the service anymore and if they could issue a refund. All they did was to send me a cookie cutter answer saying that is in their policy that there’s no refund in that case. I asked to talk to a manager and no answer, then I followed saying I’m still waiting up and all they said was “Could you tell us what you would be waiting for?, as I mentioned before, no refund is due.” Super rude, super careless since the first reply. I’m surprised how these people work on a customer service jo
