IPHIS Data Collector

The USDA APHIS PPQ's Integrated Plant Health Information System (IPHIS) Data Collector is a survey tool to allow for data collection only, it is not a full mobile version of IPHIS. This application allows for interfacing with the IPHIS database by both internal employees and external cooperators and contractors who have a valid USDA eAuthentication ID and password.
