Not user friendly at all
Tried to order some groceries for my mom in Sweden, after several attempts to try to pay for the groceries I was told you have to have a Swedish bank ID, even if you pay with international accepted credit cards. With food prices going crazy in Sweden, I can’t be the only one wanting to help family.

Abysmal customer support
The app worked well for several years, until it didn’t. Support is completely unhelpful and disinterested in solving the problem. Even the customer service email listed on the app is an undeliverable one. I tried to keep going with this company, but their apathy made it impossible.
