Good device terrible app
The app is so deficient that you couldn’t even find the phone number to call customer service. I want to add a caregiver and called customer service, they told me to add it o. The app and still cannot find where to add it. The device works really good, it has saved my husband’s life.

Unreliable…
Oftentimes it does not tell me when the senior has left the apartment. and I’ve also had instances where I try to “locate senior“ and that functionality does not work. So I don’t feel like I can count on the devices or the technology to be accurate or reliable. Disappointing and potentially dangerous.
