Our Ganz GENSTAR mobile app, tying our GENSTAR product line together!
A Mobile client application for remote monitoring of the Ganz GENSTAR IP product line.
Users can use the App to view live video, playback, PTZ control, and recording.
For use with the following GENSTAR Product;
NVR
- NR8-16M74 (Firmware v1.x)
- NR8-4M71 (Firmware v1.x)
- NR8-8M72 (Firmware v1.x)
The application supports Wi-Fi and 3G/4G connection with static IP or DDNS access.
***Please note: This version of mobile app does not support NVR with firmware newer then v1.x. Please use GenSTAR R3 version mobile app for firmware v3.x and up***

Needs an complete update for 5 stars
This app is not very useful for the following reasons: 1) Downloaded images and videos are not accessible outside the app. Therefore you can’t share them or use them. 2) as of today 11/25/20 playback of any video is a blank white screen. Obviously this company does do software maintenance. Equally there PC based softwares for managing their equipment is equal bad. Downloaded videos are not actually downloaded.
