Music Tictoc is a timer app that has HIGH and LOW functions. It can be used for timing your workouts, studying, and many other activities!
On the HIGH interval, your music is playing. On the LOW interval, the app is silent.
(Note: Select what you want to play on your phone's native music app first and then press pause. Then open Music TicToc to set the interval times.)
