False sense of accuracy
You are better off ignoring the times proposed by this app. I’ve tested it a couple times, trying to go when the app said it was “green” (low wait time) and ended up waiting for two hours! It could be (1) it’s not a prediction but rather the state of affairs X hours ago; (2) people herd based on the code in the app (everyone heads to the same hospital when it says code green); or more simply, (3) the app is completely incorrect, not really tied in to clinics IT systems. Either way, it’s not useful at all!
