Technically an App
The app does in fact allow you to access files, permitting a two star review. It is highly unoptimised, and appears to have been done in a manner uncaring for a mobile user: clicking on items requires too much precision (almost like it was designed for a mouse and computer), the mobile view of files is slow (though the app is generally slow, so perhaps the fault is more inherent to the app itself) and often clunky as to be unusable. Text boxes and images are liable to be distorted into unreadability. That said, the app is usable in the sense that you can often open shared files and read them. Google is far superior though.
