I’ve had better
The app is user friendly. My complaint is the lag between using debit card and when it shows up on account/app. Sometimes it is literally days before it even shows up. I have used multiple other banking apps and they show up instantly when the card has been used.

Drive-thru service
The Milton branch drive-thru teller has got to be the rudest lady. She’s always been moody but She has gotten even worse over the last year. We dread going thru the drive thru and have even talked about taking our banking elsewhere after hearing others talking about her. We thought maybe it was just us that she’s being rude to but it seems to be most everyone. Maybe it’s time she retires if she hates her job and the public that bad.
