AI that's less than intelligent

This app and its product *sound* like a good idea. However, the app is happy to let you order items that are not actually available, make you wait 15 minutes for an alert, and then notify you that your order is not in fact possible. Time estimates also fluctuate wildly, even after an estimate is given. Your order will be ready at 1:06! No wait, 1:14! No wait, another time! For a platform that extolls AI, this app is one of the least intelligent and reliable apps that I have found.

Good Idea

What a good idea to have a robot make smoothies. It’s too bad the thing doesn’t work. I waited 15 min for my drink, when i got the text the drink was ready there was no drink there. The robot then pushed an imaginary drink into the pickup slot and pretty much got scammed out of 7 bucks. It’s too bad there wasn’t anyone to speak to for assistance or maybe a refund. GREAT WAY TO WAIST YOUR LUNCH! jk
