Package Concierge

This App is for users of the Package Concierge system. Using the App, Residents can register their account, track deliveries, scan their barcode, manage dependents, activate push notifications, and update billing information.

Package Concierge is an electronic locker system used at apartment communities to manage the package delivery and retrieval process. The system contains various sized lockers operated by a touch screen. The kiosk displays all residents who live at the community to carriers delivering packages. Residents are notified of package deliveries via email, text message, or phone call. The mobile app was created for user convenience. Through the app, residents have the ability to register their account and update its information, track deliveries, scan their barcode, manage dependents, activate push notifications, and update billing information.
