Works fine but lost receipts
New upgrade is streamlined but there is a much shorter time it appears to hold receipts. This makes it really useless for people who must do expenses. Had 2 crossings on 1/6 and now on 16/6 there is no receipt for the first crossing. Shows up in the archive but I can’t even get a monthly specification as they don’t itemize individual crossings and I won’t get one until next month. Rather huge issue if the new app takes away the receipt function that made the app so useful. Receipts must stay active for more than a month and specifications in archive should be itemized for individual transactions. Disappointed.

Working well
Brilliant to be able to scan the plates. Only be hickup is that you need to be validated by the supplier before self service in the app works proper, and also that it’s impossible to contact customer service. I updated info for a rental car and was unable to edit until 3 days after we returned the car. Once account was validated, all was working well. Suggest you add a chat function and a customer service center.
