Photo Evidence 2

This application is used to take pictures and send them to server using POST method. The program sends the following variables:

photoevidence_users_login - login from app settings
photoevidence_users_password - password from app settings
photoevidence_other_repairs_id - text from RMA input
photoevidence_other_type - type of photo
photoevidence_other_timestamp - current timestamp
photoevidence_file - JPG file
