Not as it should be
Takes long time to be active. Scrolling not friendly smooth. It not good as it should be.

Bad connection, bugs, need to recover key often
One of the worse app I have. Connecting to lock takes long time, often need to delete and recover key - most of the time spent on troubleshooting. Lock is also not reliable - every few months we are locked outside our own home, need to use spare key - which lose all the idea of having smart lock instead of caring key with you.
