No issues…
Phone: I-phone 13 up-to-date iOS No problems running the app. In fact, I struggle to see whole screen online, but the app lets me see everything correctly. I like Carriers Edge training overall, not just the app. I get certificates of completion emailed to me for my records and I can see I completed modules in the app. If for any reason, my supervisor cannot see I completed it, I can retrace my work. But modules are so short, it’s no big deal to redo. Also, I moved from one contractor to another serving same account. Only one course was not credited to me out of about 12 or so. I just redid it because it would take more time to argue the point than to retake it. I did have proof in my inbox, but it wasn’t worth the fuss. If nothing had moved over, I probably would have spoken up. Overall, seems to be a good way to train. I can use my phone. It does not crash on me. It gives proof of completion. If I have to do the training anyway, I’m happy to use Carriers Edge.
