Do you travel often and have challenges keeping all the invoices together for reimbursement? Or do you just dislike those days where you finally have to do the expense report by going through all the invoices you have collected during the last month?
This app will help you! You can record your invoices wherever you are, quick and easy, directly with your mobile phone.

FREE FUNCTIONALITIES
- Capture paper-based invoices: You can capture your invoices directly when you receive them, no matter where you are. Just take a picture of the invoice with your mobile phone and enter further information as necessary.
- Capture electronic invoices: If you receive an invoice via email, you can save it directly into this app by importing the pdf and entering further information as necessary.
- Establish expense reports: You can establish different reports by filtering your invoices based on different attributes such as accounting period, payment method and invoice category. The app allows you to customize the invoice category and the accounting period based on your needs.

PREMIUM FUNCTIONALITY
- Export expense reports: You can export the reports you have established and send them to your email address
 
If you decide to use our premium membership, the respective amount will be deducted from your iTunes-Account when you confirm your purchase. Your membership will be automatically renewed, unless you cancel it until latest 24 hours before the current membership ends. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your Itunes account settings. A termination of the current membership before the end of the membership period is not possible. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to this service.
