App has a major issue
We recently implemented the solution but it is a big disruption to the business especially while scanning. We keep getting an error ‘Scan in Progress’ after almost every item. Even if we restart the transaction, we cannot proceed. Users have to frequently log off and log back in. A huge loss of efficiency. We have logged an SR with oracle but there is very little response on the SR.

Nice app!
Recently we implemented the app . Works like charm in iPhone/ios mobile device. However we are finding trouble to use multiple instances in same app ( just by switching instance) . There is no clear documentation on this.
