UPDATE - Courses don’t load
The courses were supposed to be INCLUDED in my premium subscription and now that I waited to see if bugs were fixed - they now want $100 to access what was said to be included when I purchased the premium subscription! WTH??? I even emailed app support and heard nothing back. This is scandalous. If you want to charge more for your videos that’s one thing - but what happened here is actually illegal and if it’s not amended I will report to the BBB. I was excited to see I could access courses through the app and pick up where I’d left off waaayyy back in 2006. Unfortunately the app developer has not got back to my support question on why the courses don’t load with the Plus plan. Next stop: I will be seeking a refund. Wish the book was in publication because I wanted to buy that first. Otherwise I haven’t found clear direction on methods again and I know they are fabulous. Very sad about being unable to deepen my knowledge. I still shine my sink and use other tips I learned so long ago from her blog.
