MSAR

The Mobile Solution for Assessment Reporting (MSAR) application is provided by the Federal Highway Administration. MSAR enables users associated State and Federal Land Management Agencies to submit repair assessments under the Federal Lands ERFO and Federal Aid ER Programs. The application streamlines by submission process by automating data capture (location details, photos, and assessment data) and approvals.

REQUIREMENTS: You must be pre-authorized to login.
