Glitches
It states that the mobile app works on the iPhone X but it is very glitchy, works when it wants too. Have to keep deleting & installing just to get it to work.

Disappointed
After a few years of trouble free use, both the app and online banking have been down for at least three weeks. Customer service can’t tell me when or if the app will be functional again. Disappointing because I depend on this service. One would think that the problem could be figured out and fixed quickly.
