FIX THIS APP
You know it’s real when I take the time write a review for an app. This used to be my go to until whatever glitch is happening for the past 3 weeks it’s STILL unresolved. Can not log in, freezes, crashes, no app support. I’m giving it one more week. If this is not fixed I’m requesting a refund for my annual renewed subscription that I haven’t been able to utilize at all, and moving on.

Wonderful but broken
Love, love, love this app. I bought all the paid features years ago and am very happy I can keep them without a subscription. Perfect place to keep all the charts I need for quick reference and easily reference transits as well. I regularly recommend it to others. The problem is, it doesn’t work anymore. I open the app, and it gets stuck on the loading screen and eventually crashes. I think this problem is related to another one I started having before it, where over 100 unnamed charts showed up in my contacts tab, and the app would lag like crazy if I tried to delete any of them. They were all charts I had looked up before but deleted. Many of them were copies of the same chart that I had only looked up once. Maybe it’s related to unsorted charts getting automatically sorted into contacts in a recent update, but I’m unsure. Anyway, this is a 5 star app. But I can’t rate it 5 stars if I can’t use it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone with no success. I’ve tried opening backups I downloaded and sometimes it shows my chart for a minute but that’s all I can get it to do. I couldn’t find any support options on the website. I hope this issue is fixed soon, I love this app and want to keep using it!
