Great concept poor execution!
About half of my notes do not download. I contacted technical support. Their only recommendation was to delete and reinstall the app. I now have to do that every day or two. Even after reinstalling, about half my notes still do not save. I have spoken with several other users who report the same issues. Android appears to perform slightly better, but the problem exists across platforms. The concept is solid. The execution is not. In its current state, the app is unreliable and difficult to use. This could be a game changing CRM but it currently a dud!

Constant issues
Poorly conceived and coded SFA tool. Far from CRM capable, the software designers apparently didn’t even consult with salespeople to understand proper sales flow, dependencies, or even layout to reduce time to enter data. With the recent update now more steps are required than before requiring multiple clicks to access records.
