The app is available for anyone to download, but you must have a Manulife insurance policy with Manulife Vitality and register on the website before you can log in. Once you’ve registered, you’ll use your Manulife Vitality website log in to sign into this app.

Developers not interested in making the app better
Having had this app for more than 2 years now, I can say that this is just a pet project for Manulife. Issues are unresolved and improvements are never made. Doesn't sync steps correctly. Fails to grant points. Requires you to check in every Sunday otherwise your progress is lost. Amount of points granted doesn't match how many steps taken. Lack of information and consistency on steps to points. Always asks you to log in, and the text messaging 2 factor won't send codes to US area codes. Everything is so slow.
